City of Augusta Offering Free Transit for Election Day

Augusta Transit is offering free rides all day this Election Day on all routes in Richmond County.
In a press release sent Friday, Nov. 1, Augusta Transit said the rides are “for you to exercise your right to vote in Richmond County, conduct grocery shopping, attend medical appointments or simply enjoy the ride.”
