Richmond County Schools Superintendent Kenneth Bradshaw Announces Resignation

Kenneth Bradshaw, superintendent of the Richmond County School System, announced his plans to resign in a statement released Monday, Dec. 2.
Bradshaw, who has served as superintendent over five years, said he is stepping away to be closer to family in the Atlanta area.
