Friday, January 10th, 2025

January 9, 2025, ReNForce, a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between justice-impacted individuals and the workforce, is proud to announce the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new office and training facility. The event will take place on Friday, January 17th, at 10:00 AM at 630 Ellis Street, Suite 2I, Augusta, GA. Refreshments will be served, and all members of the community are invited to attend.

Strategically located just behind the Georgia Department of Labor, ReNForce’s new facility is uniquely positioned to serve as a hub for workforce development. The training center will offer specialized programs designed to help justice-impacted individuals build skills, gain professional certifications, and access meaningful employment opportunities. This effort not only transforms lives but also addresses critical workforce needs for local businesses.

“This new office and training facility represents a significant step forward in our mission to create pathways to employment for those who face systemic barriers,” said Charlotte Garnes, Executive Director. “We’re excited to collaborate with businesses and community partners to drive positive change and economic growth in the CSRA.”

ReNForce’s innovative approach combines coaching for businesses on inclusive hiring practices with hands-on training for job seekers, fostering a dual impact that benefits both employers and employees. The organization’s work aligns closely with Augusta’s broader goals of workforce development and community empowerment.
