Ivey Homes is proud to announce they will be partnering with other local builders to help build tiny homes for Bridge Builder Communities, a local nonprofit with a mission to provide housing, education, and vital resources to 18- to 25-year-olds who are aging out of the foster care system.

Ivey Homes is honored to be a builder for Bridge Builder Communities and looks forward to celebrating this project together with a groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for 10:30 a.m. March 19th at 1140 Merry St in downtown Augusta. This is the site where the future community will sit, located between the Laney-Walker and Harrisburg neighborhoods. Known as "the village" within the Bridge Builder Communities vision, this site will provide safe, stable, and affordable housing for young adults aging out of the foster care system as they transition into adulthood.

Ivey Homes will be participating in the construction which includes 25 tiny homes and a shared community space on campus where these young adults can gather together for support as well as recreation and fellowship.
