Augusta Riverwalk To Close For Debris Removal

The City of Augusta announced Tuesday that the Augusta Riverwalk will be temporarily closed to the public beginning Wednesday, May 14th.
The work is expected to take approximately two weeks to facilitate a comprehensive cleanup operation following the impact of Hurricane Helene.
