The M. Austin Jackson Law Firm is proud to announce the addition of Colby Kukelski a seasoned local attorney, to its growing team of local lawyers. Colby joins the firm with a strong commitment to serving the people of the CSRA, bringing a blend of professional experience, local knowledge, and genuine care for the community she calls home.

Kukelski grew up in Aiken, South Carolina and is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina – Aiken, where she earned her degree in Political Science. She went on to attend Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, one of the nation’s top law schools. Upon graduating, Colby returned to the CSRA and spent the past five years in private practice with a Martinez-based estate planning firm, developing a strong foundation in both litigation and transactional law.

Mrs. Kukelski is joining the M. Austin Jackson Law Firm to focus on personal injury law, representing clients in both South Carolina and Georgia. Her deep local roots and proven legal acumen make her a valuable advocate for individuals and families across the region.

Outside of her legal work, Colby enjoys reading, gardening, and exploring local restaurants. She lives in Aiken with her husband and child and is an active member of Christian Heritage Church.
