The North Augusta Chamber of Commerce invites business owners, human resource professionals, and organizational leaders to attend a workforce development presentation at our Good Morning North Augusta breakfast on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 7:30am, titled “Recruiting Reimagined: Proactive Planning for Business Growth.”

This timely event will feature Robert Kelly, Vice President of Augusta Staffing and Job Shop, as the keynote speaker. With decades of experience in workforce solutions, Kelly will guide attendees through the critical steps of building an evergreen recruiting pipeline – a forward-thinking approach to attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent year-round.

“Too often, businesses begin the hiring process only when a vacancy arises,” said Terra Carroll, President of the North Augusta Chamber. “This session will equip our members with actionable tools to shift from reactive hiring to a proactive strategy that fuels long-term growth.”
