On Tuesday, August 19th, The Jim Hudson Automotive Group will be presenting a large donation check to the Golden Harvest Food Bank. The $50,000 check presentation is set to take place at 2 PM at the Golden Harvest Food Bank, located at 3310 Commerce Dr in Augusta.

This donation is the result of the successful 14th Annual Jim Hudson 2000 Event, a summer event held by the Jim Hudson Automotive Group to raise money to feed the hungry. This year's event marks the company’s 14 millionth meal donation to the food bank. During the two-month-long event, all ten Jim Hudson locations were challenged to sell 2,000 vehicles in two months with the goal of reaching a 1 million meal donation for Harvest Hope/Golden Harvest.
