Construction on Broad Street is moving forward, leaving business owners asking, where’s the plan?
“We were supposed to hear some revised plans, gosh, I don’t know, six weeks ago. They keep kicking the can down the road, so yeah, I would say we’re all pretty frustrated,” said restaurant owner Sean Wight.
