Columbia County Chamber Announces Six New Members Joining 2026 Board of Directors

The Columbia County Chamber of Commerce is proud to welcome six new members to their Board of Directors for 2026 to begin their three-year term.

The new members include Wendy Bradley, Executive Assistant to the Division President at SouthState Bank; Jason Grove, Relocation Sales Manager at Ellefson Transportation Group; Jay Johnson, Deputy Senior Vice President of Business Services at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions; Kent Rosenberger, Senior Director ESH&Q at Savannah River Mission Completion; and Dean Smith, Owner of Veterans Pressure Washing.

“We’re excited to bring together such a talented group of individuals who share a passion for our community,” said Helen Caldwell, Incoming Chair of the Board for 2026 and Senior Vice President and Executive Director of Treasury Management at Pinnacle Bank. “Their diverse expertise and commitment to our business community will help us continue driving growth and innovation throughout Columbia County and the Greater Augusta Region.”

Caldwell officially moves into her position as Chair this year as 2025 Chair of the Board, Neil Gwynne, owner of Poolwerx, takes his position as Immediate Past Chair. The 2026 Board of Directors Executive Committee also includes Chair Elect Janee Dock, Chief Nursing Officer at Piedmont Augusta; Secretary Doressa Hawes, Director of Corporate Partnerships and Volunteerism at Golden Harvest Food Bank; and Treasurer Sam Adams, Partner at Fulcher Hagler LLP. Stephen King, External Affairs Manager at Georgia Power, and Dr. Quynh Spicer, Dentist & Practice Owner at Harlem and Thomson Family Dental offices, will take their appointments as Members at Large.

The Columbia County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors governs the organization by setting strategic direction, creating policy, overseeing finances, ensuring legal compliance, and acting as ambassadors to champion the local business community's interests, bridging the gap between member needs and operational execution by staff.
