WHAT: United Way of the CSRA and AmeriCorps are hosting a community canned food drive in honor of the MLK Day of Service. This “Day On, Not a Day Off” event will collect essential food items to benefit GAP Ministries.

WHEN: Monday, January 19, 2026, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

WHERE: 1240 Ellis St, Augusta, GA (Drop-off location active January 19th ONLY).

WHY: To support local families by collecting high-need items like canned soups, meats, pasta, and breakfast bars. Donors are asked to provide easy-open and unexpired cans.
