For businesses in Augusta, golf week doesn’t begin when players tee off. They’re seeing more demand already.
Orders start coming in weeks, even months in advance. But the real work happens all at once.
At Flowers on Broad, owner Brent Slagle said every inch of the shop floor will soon be covered in arrangements.
“Everybody comes in knowing what they want. You just have to be prepared to provide,” Slagle said.
