The heat is officially here to stay. Dave’s Hot Chicken is now open at
1102 Trust Avenue, and the celebration continues this Saturday, March 28, with a dedicated Community Day from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Built Different Brands is inviting the Augusta community to experience the brand’s signature hospitality alongside local heroes and organizations. Not sure you can take the heat? Dave’s Hot Chicken proudly boasts that it has “a spice level for every tastebud.”

This event is designed to celebrate the local heroes and organizations that make Augusta thrive.

Highlights will include:

• First Responder Showcase: Guests can get up close with local Fire and Police trucks on-site as Dave’s Hot Chicken honors Augusta’s first responders.
• Girl Scouts “In Action”: Local Girl Scouts will assist with hospitality and guest greetings as they work toward earning a specific merit badge by the end of the day.
• Entertainment & Activities: Featuring a live band, TreSounds, from 1-2pm, along with other local talent showcasing Augusta, GA, golf chipping challenges, and exclusive “chicken swag” giveaways including branded golf balls and keychains. There will also be a special guest appearance by the one and only Auggie – mascot of the Augusta GreenJackets.
