Ft. Gordon Hospital Plans to Transition to Urgent Care Center

The Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center on Fort Gordon is planning to transition to an urgent care facility.
According to the public information officer for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, the announcement of intent to close Eisenhower Army Medical Center is a proposal from the U.S. Defense Health Agency that must has to be approved by Congress before taking effect, which has 180 days to review the proposed changes.
