Georgia Rehabilitation Institute, Inc. (GRI) awarded a total of $1,190,342 during its 2025-2026 grant cycle to organizations working to strengthen
opportunities and improve quality of life for people with disabilities throughout the Central Savannah River Area.

Through these grants, GRI supported organizations with their projects, programs, capital campaigns, or initiatives addressing needs such as accessible housing, employment and workforce development, transportation, adaptive sports, education, and other resources that enable people with disabilities to participate fully in their communities.

GRI’s annual grantmaking supports nonprofit organizations and community partners whose programs and projects benefit people with disabilities in Richmond and Columbia County, Georgia, and Aiken County, South Carolina.
