The Palomar Group is pleased to announce the sale of Midtown Apartments, a 29-unit multifamily property located at 1927 Central Avenue.

The property is centrally located near the Augusta Medical District and is currently 90% occupied. Of the 29 units, 19 have been renovated over the past couple of years, reflecting an ongoing capital improvement program at the property. The transaction closed on July 17, 2026.
