Augusta Workshop Aims to Help Families Prepare Before a Crisis

The CSRA Musicians and Music Directors Guild is hosting a workshop in Augusta to help people prepare for the future.
The “Restore” workshop is set for Saturday, September 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Jerusalem Baptist Church on Jones Street.
Organizers say the workshop is designed to address more than just financial planning.
“We try to meet the needs of the community,” Bernice Bogan said. “We selected this particular topic because we’re going to do a workshop as well as have a revival.”
