The Richmond County School System is pleased to announce its upcoming Doing Business with the Richmond County School System Presentation and Workshop.  The event will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the National Hills Learning Center, 1215 Northwood Road, Augusta, Georgia, 30909.

The purpose of the presentation and workshop is to provide local businesses and interested community members with information on topics such as:

• RCSS Policies and Procedures on Purchasing and Bids
• Identifying Potential Business Opportunities with RCSS
• Registering as a Vendor with RCSS
• Obtaining Information About Upcoming Bids and Quotes
• Submitting Formal Bids and Providing Quotes
• Obtaining Contact Information for Key Department Personnel

The presentation will feature opportunities for interactive exchange of information, such as demonstrations of general purchasing information available on the RCSS website and how to search for available and upcoming business opportunities. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with several key School System personnel, ask questions and gain information relative to their particular areas of expertise and business. Participants will be provided a packet of helpful reference materials, and light refreshments will be served.

The event is open to all interested members of the community, either in person or via the live stream of the event. All are welcome to attend.
