Tuesday, October 20th, 2026
The Project Management Institute Augusta-Aiken Chapter (PMIAA)
will kick off its 11th annual Professional Development Day on Tuesday, November 10, at
the Georgia Cyber Innovation and Training Center in downtown Augusta. Registration is
open online at pmiaugustaaiken.org/Professional_Development.
This year’s conference theme is “CSRA Leadership Under Pressure: Crisis Execution &
Cyber Resilience – Where Pressure Meets Performance,” which will explore how today’s
leaders navigate uncertainty, strengthen resilience, and lead through disruption. This
event is designed with business professionals, team leaders, and emerging talent across
all industries in mind.
The program features two high-impact keynote presentations from prominent industry
leaders. Opening speaker Kerry Bridges, of Georgia Power, will share crucial operational
insights and lessons learned from Hurricane Helene. Eric Toler of the Georgia Cyber
Innovation and Training Center will deliver the afternoon keynote address, where he will
discuss how exceptional leadership can level the playing field in a cyber fight.
Throughout the day, attendees can participate in two rounds of breakout sessions
structured across three specialized tracks: Strategic Communications Under Pressure,
Project Execution Under Pressure, and AI & Innovation Under Pressure. The conference
will also feature a three-person interactive panel, live visual note-taking, local food truck
