Monday, October 5th, 2026

FlixBus and Greyhound service in Augusta has moved from Wheeler Road to the Augusta Transit Broad Street Transfer Facility, effective Thursday, according to Flix North America, the parent company of both bus lines.

The company said the relocation brings intercity bus service to a central downtown hub, allowing riders to connect with local Augusta Transit routes, rideshare and other transportation options.

The move was made possible through collaboration with the city of Augusta, according to Flix North America.

From Augusta, travelers can access daily direct FlixBus and Greyhound service to destinations including Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, New York City and Washington, D.C., connecting to a broader network of more than 1,800 destinations across the U.S., Canada and Mexico, the company said.
