Volunteers, Lowe’s Team Up to Transform Tiny Home Village in Augusta
Wednesday, October 7th, 2026
Community volunteers and Lowe’s “Red Vest” associates are teaming up Tuesday to transform the outdoor space at Bridge Builders Communities International’s Tiny Home Village in Augusta.
The one-day project will renovate and restore the nonprofit’s serenity garden at 1140 Merry Street.
The garden is a key part of the village’s mission: giving residents a safe, supportive place to build relationships, practice life skills and prepare for stable, independent adulthood.
Bridge Builders Communities International received a $100,000 Lowe’s Community Impact Grant to upgrade its campus.
