Augusta Regional Airport is excited to provide the traveling public with colorful works of art from two local artists that highlight jazz music and abstract imagery.
Local painters Laura Connelly and Ann DeLorge’s beautiful works of art were selected by the Augusta Regional Airport’s Art Committee to be on display in the main terminal building from October 1st through December 31st. These stunning pieces of art will provide the traveling public the opportunity to see the outstanding artistry the CSRA community offers.
Ms. Laura Connelly is from Washington, Georgia and currently teaches art classes at her family’s gallery, The Connelly Gallery, as well as teaches guitar and songwriting. She considers her style to be abstract with bright bursts of color.
Ann DeLorge is from Augusta, Georgia but is organically from New Orleans, Louisiana. She currently has several pieces at Art on Broad. Ann describes her style as “Jazz Art” due to the intensity of the music she captures on canvas.
