The luncheon will take place on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, from 10:00AM to 1:00PM, at Warren Baptist Church, Simmons Hall, 3203 Washington Road, Augusta.  This annual event recognizes all caregivers - family, volunteers, nurse’s aides and grandparents raising grandchildren—and is packed with information, delicious food and fun. Caregivers are highly commended for their tireless efforts involving the day-to-day activities of their loved ones or care receivers.  The peak of the program features the “Caregiver of the Year Awards” which allows for special recognition of caregivers who have been nominated for their exhibition of a strong commitment to the role of caregiving.  Registration is required.  The cost is $10 for caregivers and $20 for professionals.
