EDTS, LLC Supports Educational Initiatives with Donation to Columbia County Chamber’s New Foundation

EDTS, LLC, a leading IT Solutions & Technology Consulting company and strong proponent of education, recently donated $5,000 to the newly created Columbia County Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

Columbia County Chamber President/CEO, Tammy Shepherd says “The Chamber leads workforce and education initiatives to develop a skilled workforce for the future. With this, we rely on local business and industry leaders to invest in those efforts. We are most grateful for this generous contribution. These funds will support many efforts of the Chamber’s newly created Foundation.”

EDTS was founded in 1999 and takes great pride in supporting worthy organizations in the community. “EDTS is always looking for impactful ways to support our community. What better initiative than to support the workforce and education efforts to help our children excel…after all, our children are the future of this country,” said Charles Johnson, Chief Executive Officer, EDTS, LLC.

One goal of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce Foundation is to unite local businesses with Columbia County Schools, increasing the quality of education for students, while involving the business community in the development of its own economic future. These partnerships will help educators improve the academic and personal growth of students while ultimately fueling our region’s skilled workforce.
