Introducing Habitat for Humanity of North Augusta’s Newest Partner Family

Staff Report From Augusta CEO

Monday, October 19th, 2015

Habitat for Humanity of North Augusta welcomes Brooke Cosnahan as our newest Partner for House no. 17. Brook currently resides in Clearwater with her two children, 3-1/2 year old Shyla and 1-½ year old Leland. She is a member of New Life Ministries in Aiken. Brooke has been working at Urban Outfitters for the past four years. Unfortunately Urban Outfitters will be relocating out of the area, but this has not held Brooke back. While currently searching for a new full time job, Brooke is working two part time jobs at both Kroger and Chick-Fil-A in North Augusta. When asked what her future goals are, she said “to have a stable home life with my children and to be the best mom I can be. Partnering with Habitat for Humanity of North Augusta will provide opportunities for my children that they otherwise would not have.” Brooke has already demonstrated her motivation to achieve these goals by completing over 60 hours of sweat equity since being selected as our Partner.
