The Richmond County School System (RCSS) introduces a new process for the 2025–2026 school year that requires all families to update their contact information and register for bus transportation through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

“This new registration process will allow us to better plan our bus routes and ensure families stay informed throughout the school year,” said Marcus Allen, Interim Deputy Superintendent of Operations. “By collecting accurate information in advance, we can improve communication with families, reduce bus delays, and improve safety from day one.”

All new and returning families to the school system need to update their information and complete transportation registration by May 30, 2025. To complete registration, families should log in to their Infinite Campus Parent Portal and select “Online Registration”.

Families needing assistance with their Parent Portal can visit www.rcboe.org/parentportal, contact their child’s school, or submit a Let’s Talk request to the RCSS IT department. For more information about bus registration, visit www.rcboe.
