United Way of the CSRA Launches "Stuff the Bus" Campaign Sponsored by ADP to Collect Critical School Supplies for Local Children

United Way of the CSRA is officially kicking off its annual "Stuff the Bus" school supply drive sponsored by ADP. The community-wide initiative aims to collect essential school supplies to ensure local children head back to the classroom prepared and ready to succeed.

Residents are encouraged to donate new school supplies at various designated collection events through mid- July. Please note that these are strictly collection events, not distribution sites.

Where and When to Donate

Donations can be dropped off at any of the following community collection events until July 15 th (or as stated below):

Monetary donations are also accepted to help purchase supplies in bulk. Community members can simply visit www.uwcsra.org/stuffthebus to make a direct contribution.

Most Needed School Supplies
Donors can contribute a wide variety of items. The most requested supplies for local students this year include:
-Daily Essentials: #2 pencils, pens, colored pencils, markers, highlighters, crayons, and erasers.
-Classroom Basics: Glue sticks, kid-safe scissors, paper, index cards, and folders or binders with tab dividers.
-Notebooks & Storage: Composition or spiral notebooks, pencil pouches, and backpacks.
-Technology & Learning Tools: Scientific calculators and wired earbuds.
-Health & Wellness: Facial tissues and hand sanitizer.
